App is amazing but still has some bugs. Give it time

This app has so much potential to be a real tool for businesses and for dog trainers around the globe. It’s customizability for gear and for dogs information a step-by-step processes of where you are at with your training and to log your time accordingly to get an accurate statement on how much time you were actually putting into each dog that is in your kennel definitely worth the money would recommend to every dog trainer around the globe.

Also, the goal setting function is top notch to keep track of your goals for each dog.

The shareability of dogs in your kennel with colleagues and clients is so ideal for Pat parents that are worried about the progress of their dogs and they can get a snapshot of exactly where their dogs are at during the training process.

Would highly recommend learning and utilizing this tool to its fullest potential

Refuses to let me pay for the app

I’ve been uninstalling and reinstalling this app for the last couple of days. It keeps glitching out and refusing to let me click on a payment option to pay for and use the app.
I even went as far as to download on my husbands phone and pay for a month thinking I could log in on my phone to bypass the issue I’ve been having of it not letting me click a payment option. And that was no avail either, thankfully I only did a month and am only out my time and .99 cents.

Very useful

I purchased this app when it was released to help log the training of my SAR live find area search K9. I have found the app easy to use, and it makes demonstrating his training to the chief of my organization and incident commanders very easy. The ability to add pictures to training events allows clear documentation of any particular difficult situations/problems that arose during training, and I have started saving screen shots of his path during the search from his Dogtra Pathfinder and a Caltopo map of the search area with a wind field. This has made reviewing prior trainings to help determine how best to set up future training problems for him much more useful. I hope to be adding a HRD K9 in the near future, so I appreciate the ability to log training for multiple dogs. The app did go down a little before Christmas, but I reached out to Ray Allen via their website and it was updated and operational with no data lost a few days later. The app makes exporting a CSV of your training log very easy, and I now make a point of doing that periodically so I have a backup if issues arise. The CSV is also an easy way to demonstrate your training for certification/recertifications. Idea for improvement- it would be really helpful if the K9’s information page had an easy way to log immunizations and other health information. Our vet gives access to that information via their app, but it would be nice to have all the necessary information about the K9 in one place.

Crashing

I can’t even open my app anymore. It’s just crashing when it tries to load. Sad being I paid my subscription and was logging all my dogs training in this app.

Too Basic!!

For a App that says it’s was developed for police and military working dogs, it truly disappoints. Very basic app, no real features such as drop-downs for different scents for scent training, all fill in the blanks, super basic tracking software. No place for vet records, pet information or any other information about your dog. Hopefully Ray Allen will work on a better product for the future. Canceled my subscription right away.
