Overall great app

Overall, the app is great. The videos are easy to follow and the workouts are effective. However, the water tracker deletes your previous entries for the day pretty quickly so it’s an ineffective tracker.

Thank you for this review, we were able to replicate the issues you were experiencing with the water tracker and have it fixed! It will now always save your entries even if you swipe the app closed.

Love Becky’s App!

I’ve been following Becky on Instagram for awhile and love her workouts. I was so excited to download her app and am so glad I did! Having access to all of her programs in one spot is great. I love the “User Progressed” mode and the calendar to track my workouts.

Wonderful Workouts

I am new to the app, as well as, not a Betty Crocker in the kitchen. If you can appreciate home workouts, & easy put together meals, there isn’t a better coach or app than this one. And let me add, since we all can be finicky with our discipline and you never know when it is going to be on Fire with ya, the cost is SO worth the try.
I will come back in a couple of months or more and let you know the changes in my body (as long as I stay in the discipline era💗). Thank you very much Becky for making this feasible and effective! I’m very happy to be here using this app. #builtbyBecky

Absolutely LOVE it

I’ve tried so many apps and programs which I always wind up losing interest or not liking. I’ve had this app for a few months now and I can honestly say I actually look forward to the workouts and find them challenging and affective. I have been a Peloton member for over five years and have always loved their strength workouts, but for the past few months, I have been solely doing Becky’s workouts and have seen more results from Becky’s program than 5 years with Peloton. I am so happy with this app and highly recommend it to anyone - especially those who work out at home.

Won’t configure

I downloaded the app for the first time today and when I filled in all the information on the “configure your profile,” the continue button wouldn’t work :( I hope it gets fixed. Really wanted to try it

Great workouts but App is buggy/inconsistent

Becky’s workouts are fantastic for home or gym (I usually do them at the gym so I can use heavier weights and use cable and weight machines too). HOWEVER, the app needs a lot of improvements, especially in the workout tracking department. When I complete a workout all the way through to select the “complete workout” button the app picks and chooses where it wants to show that the workout is complete with the green check mark. For example- today I completed an “hourglass” workout focusing on glutes and quads. When I look at the “hourglass 6 week challenge” tab, that workout is not showing as completed (even though past workouts do), nor is it showing as completed on the calendar bar along the top edge on the home page. But if I click on the calendar, it shows the green check as completed. Another example is that if you are entering your reps and weights after each set, there is not a chart available that shows your progress. These are two of the bugs that make using the app a pain if you are an organized person and like to keep track of your workouts- and like the credit/satisfaction of seeing the green check. For the price, there are far better apps to use to keep track of workouts and progression. You can honestly follow her workout templates from her IG account and then use another app like Setgraph or FitBod to track sets, reps, and progression much easier.

I’m so sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues with the app. I wish you would have reached out to me before you left this review because I could have helped you understand how the app works a little better. There is a place to view your tracked history for reps and weights (2 places, actually). You can also move your days around on the weekly planner to show when you’re doing them. If you are completing a workout that you missed from a previous day you need to move it to your current day and it will mark as completed on your home page. My app has only been available for 6 months and it has come a long way in such a short time. I continue to invest back in to it each month to make it better for the subscribers. It has over 100 full length workout videos so you can do the workouts exactly how I do them and my 6 week challenges give you approximately a 1 in 20 chance to win $1000usd if you complete them. Best app for home workouts

I used to do more cardio before but since I found you on IG I love working out with weights, I already can see a change in 3 weeks. Thank you.

Love it

I’m loving BBB! Becky is very real and spontaneous. I love that she shows us that she’s also challenged during the workout - I find that alone very motivating. It feels like working out with a friend. She sometimes changes up a workout on the spot and it’s usually when I need that change, be it changing to body weight only or simplifying a movement i.e.: regular squats vs side/step squats for the remainder of a set. Very practical!

Best App 💪

This is the only subscription app I have ever purchased, and it has been one of the best investments I have made in myself. I have worked out all of my life, but I was never achieving the results I wanted, and exercising always felt like a chore. Now I look forward to my BBB workouts! They’re so challenging, but manageable, time-efficient, and I actually enjoy them. I’m putting on muscle where I want to, and I’ve lost fat. When you enrol in a program, all of your workouts are scheduled in your calendar for the next 6 weeks. All you have to do is show up for them!

This is such a high quality app

I’ve tried 4 different forms of online fitness programs and this one is by far the best interface. The workouts themselves are really well designed and demonstrated, I feel as though this program will be really effective as I progress through it. But the big difference from other similar programs are the app features like being able to easily substitute exercises on the fly, customize your calendar and track reps and weights quickly, and have the option of progressed vs continuous videos. I’ve only done one program within the app so far, but the ability to choose and progress programs based on your goals is a terrific high value feature, I’m looking forward to doing more of the advanced work soon.
