Love the wowkouts

At the end of last year I completely lost motivation at the gym. I stopped going and came across Becky’s page on IG. I decided to try her app and I’m enjoying the workouts so much. I got my motivation back. She’s amazing! I have her as a workout partner. She explains the weight she’s using and gives options to modify if you’re not advanced in your training. Highly recommend.

App keeps crushing after update

It’s sounds like you’re talking about the day when the company who hosts the videos for my app had 45 minutes of downtime. The videos wouldn’t work for that period of time but it was short lived. There’s thousands of users on the app and no one else is reporting that the app is crashing like this after an update. If this is happening to you I’d suggest reaching out to me personally or through the app “help” button so that we could correct this issue for you asap.

Favourite Workout App

BBB is by far my favourite workout app and I have tried a ton of them. It’s super user friendly and easy to navigate. I love that you can schedule/track your workouts, water and progress. It’s also really simple to switch exercises, which is handy. Highly recommend for anyone from beginner to advanced.

Not for beginners

Even the workout marked for beginners is not for beginners. The instruction isn’t very good and the audio is not synced. The audio didn’t come on until about 5 minutes into the first workout. I think it could be good but it needs some work and a beginners workout if it’s going to be labeled for beginners. I’m not a beginner but in recovery after some time off. I know how to do these moves and even I couldn’t keep up. Someone who is truly new to this will never understand what to do. Too bad because she’s got a great build and I’d have loved to have been able to follow along. It was way too much and much to frustrating to understand.

THATS the only app you need

Ok I tried them all, from all the fitness influencers, to private coaching, fitbod or BetterMe - forget them all! This app is finally doing the trick - I already know I enjoy lifting weights but I need a home environment that’s easy and not overcomplicated exercises or where you need a gym membership for.

It’s maintainable. It’s enjoyable. It’s feasible to be consistent. What would else would you need?! Oh ya: challenges - if you don’t want to pick and create your own program, you can simply join one of the well designed challenges 😊 ITS SO EASY! Yes please mooooore 🤩🙏✨

I love the app - best investment in myself and would always support this one!! 🙌

Amazing app and programs!

I have followed Becky for many years - from when she would post her workouts on Instagram to now with her app. I have found myself loving her programs the most out of all of the programs I’ve tried. She has the options of a video that you can follow along for an entire workout or self progressed workouts with the option to choose which you’d like at the beginning of the workout. They are amazing. You can go slow and steady to truly take your time on form if you’re newer to working out. I have used her app regularly for 5 weeks now and I already see a difference in my legs and body! Becky is the best!! I highly recommend her app and programs. I’m so happy with this app!

Becky’s workouts are the best!

I’ve been following Becky and using her workouts on IG since 2020. She helped me lean out and build muscle - no other programs I tried made sense or were consistent. If you do the follow alongs, she explains the exercises, why we’re doing them, what muscle groups they target and different tweaks you can make to your form to get the most out of it. I also appreciate that they are generally around 45 min which is great is you’re a mom. I’m 8 mo PP and lost 11 pounds after 6 weeks doing one of her programs. Ladies - get the app. It’s amazing. You can follow a challenge or do “a la carte” and choose your own muscle group workout. And there’s also a great community forum within the app. Get it!!!

Amazing workout app

I have never invested in an app before but thought I would give this one a try after following Becky on instagram. I’ve been doing her workouts for 3 months now and I’m in love. She so real, kind, motivating and her workouts are incredible and easy to follow along. You have the option to workout with her or alone. I’m so happy I purchased this app and look forward to every workout!

Okay but…

I’ve had the app since it launched and the fact that it has to “update” every time I open it is annoying. But maybe that’ll pass after all kinks are worked out. I also wish we didn’t have to have audio or could have an option to not use the demo videos. Sometimes I just want to lock my phone and go, but when I do that it completely closes my workout and I have to click all the way through to get back to where I was or I’ll “miss” a workout. Lately the app has been glitching and forcefully shutting down Even after deleting & reinstalling. Her content is great & the workouts aren’t bad, but the app needs work for sure.

Hey, thank you for joining my app! The updates were definitely more frequent during the first few months of launch. That was due to me and the development team making adjustments to the app to correct issues like you have mentioned in this review. There is an option to mute the audio on the videos in the top corner of the screen. My app also has almost 100 full length follow along workout videos so you definitely don’t have to just follow the video demos. Also if you do lock and close your phone you are essentially shutting down the app so I do not recommend doing that while viewing videos. Any issues with app glitching and shutting down are currently fixed and are usually due to bugs that occur when Apple or Google release a new software version but my team always fixes them as soon as we are notified of the problem. Buggy app. Needs improvements.

This app is definitely buggy. It’s supposed to track your workouts, but this app always tells me I’ve missed a workout even when I’ve completed it in full and made it all the way to the complete workout button. It still gives me an X on the calendar as if I’ve missed it. Also, the workouts allow you to track your weights used (great) but when you do the workout again, it doesn’t show you your last weight used or how many reps you did. Would be great to show you so that you can actually track your progress and do more the next time you do the same workout.
The actual workouts are good but I will not be renewing the subscription purely for those reasons above which annoy me. There are other apps that have great programs and less buggy. I will probably check it out in another year because I do love Becky’s workouts and physique and I want to support her. However I will wait til she’s got this app a bit more nailed down. I have faith it will get better I just don’t have the finances to keep paying for an app that isn’t quite as good as others out there. Thanks for the great workout program , I’ll be back 👍
