Frozen app
Yep. Same as everyone else, app won’t load and gets stuck on the opening screen. Gave it several minutes to load while I washed dishes, nothing. Are they closed in Canada now? I can’t imagine they would allow their app to be down for so long if they wanted to sell hereFoxySoxRevs

APP DOES NOT WORK!!!
Seriously the app stopped working ages ago, its frozen on the screen with 3 women in their underwear. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times in hopes that it would set things right but to no avail. The website has changed as well by way of only showing past orders without current so pausing a month when needed isn’t available either. Obviously Knotty Knickers does not care about customer service or about their customers period because I see many reviews sharing the same problems I am having but nothing has been rectified or even acknowledged. After I finish this review I will reach out by way of email to cancel my subscription altogether and if need be I guess I will put a stop payment through my bank because I withdraw my consent but you have taken away our option to do so. Shame on you guys… pretty sure this is criminal.Show lesstøs76
