I am not sure what is happening with the website or the app but the app is not even opening and the website “your account” shows NOTHING but past orders, so nowhere to cancel the subscription, the website used to be much more user friendly. And the app, isn’t even working so idk how that even works now.Show lessSxMDd

Downloaded the app and it won’t go past the Home Screen and keeps crashing :/. Needs an update….dabsXX

I absolutely love the subscription and the underwear, they’re comfy and affordable and I don’t have to leave my house to get them, however the app hasn’t been working for over a month, I even deleted and reinstalled it to see if it was just my phone or something and tried it on a friends phone and it didn’t work. I would just like to have access to the app itself but overall love Knotty!Show lessEmma1601_

It stopped working. Same for the USA app. I’m on iPhone. It was great when it worked, though.DrLink1991
Can’t use it
The app open up to three people standing there in in underwear and it doesn’t move pass the page. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled but nothing works. I am not happy with the apprebel8306
App not opening
I used to go on the knotty app every now and then, but since about 3 weeks, when I tried to browse on the app, after clicking on the app, it opens, but stay stuck on the image with three women in underwear. So I deleted it, but if they fixe this, I will download it againLaulaulemieux
