It is a good app but it can be better!!!
I like the app. It’s simple and easy to use, however when I download the video even downloading in HD quality I see clearly the video loses quality; it seems the video was stretched.
If the company fixes that problem it would be perfect!

The app is just as terrible as the customer service!
I’ve bought the annual subscription for this app twice because they couldn’t help me login to the first one and then stopped replying to my emails requesting help as I don’t want to be charged for 2 subscriptions when only using one. I opened the app today and now it’s just a blank white screen. Don’t bother buying this app. It’s been nothing but problems.
Update: Got an email saying they resolved the issue. THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED AS I HAVE NO REFUND AFTER PAYING FOR 2 annual subscriptions.
