great game

i love this game, it’s definitely the best pet game i’ve ever played and it’s very underrated, i just wish there was a way to pause the game for long periods of time bc sometimes life gets in the way from college and work and when i come back to the game my pets always get taken from m

Unfair

The gameplay is enjoyable but when it comes to supporting the consumer there’s no help. My pet was over 100 days old, I had a huge collection of items from special events, antiques, furniture, you name it, the amount of days my pet was shows the dedication I had to this cute game but then I forgot about my pet for a day and the next day it got taken away, I had enough gems to get him back, I clicked on the thing to pay the gems and then for some reason while it was loading it crashes and my pet is gone. I know it’s a game but it’s really devastating when you loose something you’ve put a lot of dedication on and had no control over. I wish there was some sort of way to contact the developers for support or an email because when I looked I couldn’t find any, maybe then I could have been helped. I’m just really disappointed, it was so much that I lost.
