They are trying
They keep trying…..none of their products or apps really work like they are supposed to. Can’t do upgrades unless you have a computer science degree. They are more tinkering toys….stuff you play around with trying to get them to work. If you don’t want to work hard setting the software up, you can still play with the hardware.Fr.M
Software still way behind android
I have used this little scope out west, were dark skies are abundant. It has done a wonderful job. The only major problem with the scope is the software. They are quite a ways behind in features that the androids have. Obviously iOS is taking third place in there advancements.😖Ninjasmoke

My DWARF II Won’t Connect to the DWARFLAB IOS App
The scope itself looks like it’s a great astronomical scope for tracking and taking hundreds of stacked images of galaxies and nebulae in less than ideal light conditions. However, it the DWARF II will not connect to the IOS DWARFLAB App making the scope useless. Any suggested workarounds would be appreciated.KenMJ

Culture breaking camera/telescope for deep space imaging. Not a large kit but just the right size for travel. This app which is used by the. Dwarf II is a “work in progress “ and has new updates almost weekly.HavasuSteve
Dew Help
When will iOS users get some needed dew help? I understand it’s available on Android but nothing yet for iOS. I’m in a climate that can be difficult late at night and early morning hours with a lot of condensation.BigTenDad
Great, Astro telescope, but…
The iOS software is not up to the android software! Needs more work! Settings keep getting changed. in time I’m sure they will get it going, but I am thinking of picking up the cheapest android I can and using that device and that software for the time being.☹️Great product. Great people
Needs work. Very clunky. But the team are very responsive to suggestions and issues. They will get this sorted just not yet for IOS anyway. The hardware is VERY well done.
