I’ve been a subscriber for about a year and a half and have been thinking about trying a different service. I don’t like the new plan breakdown with two orders per month as it can be difficult to schedule your orders if you have an event that is near your month reset (which aligns with the date you first purchased). I have also received clothing that is quite worn out and I dislike that they do not offer size exchanges. The most frustrating aspect however is the awful glitchy website and app. At least once a week I cannot get into the app because it logs me out or else it says my password is wrong then all of a sudden it will work. I have contacted customer service about it but it’s always resolved before they get back with me but it’s very frustrating. In addition, I cannot “heart” or bookmark items for the past week which makes it hard to find things for a future order. Lastly, every time I have reached out to customer service regarding something when they get back to me they are very nice but always just like “sorry.”
