Improvements needed
This app has so much potential but the courier experience and customer service makes it almost unbearable. The service they use in NYC for courier delivery is so terrible, they have cancelled multiple times on me, resulting in hundreds of dollars lost due to cancellation of rentals. Their customer service is equally terrible. I reached out regarding a rental being damaged and have asked for an update for days and my messages are read and ignored. I also reached out because a balance was not showing in my account and same thing - read and ignored. I truly love this app an these issues really make me want to delete it.
