  • Remove the app - company is not operating

    Updating my review. If you check the website, it's not functioning as of mid-February. I stopped getting charged and I can no longer access my account, as if it's been cancelled. Please remove the app so people can't inadvertently sign up - is that possible?

    Here's my original review from Feb:
    I've been a customer for years. They were fine for a long time. All of a sudden the company has gone dark. Their phone and chat bot don't work, nobody responds to email. I put my account on hold and returned my tote, I still get charged every month even though my tote was registered as being picked up at the other end. I followed the instructions to cancel my account but you can't because there's nobody at the company to respond. I lodged a compliant with the FTC and BBB as have many others. They stopped responding to the BBB a year ago. Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card every month because I can't successfully cancel or even put my account back on hold. The bank can't block them because technically they are a legitimate business. Do not sign up.

  • Scammers

    Terrible don’t ever download this thing they used to be good and they changed owners and now they are a scam. They removed their customer service support area. You can’t remove your billing information and they won’t answer emails and their phone is literally off the hook so you can never cancel your account. It’s somehow turned from legitimate business into a scam overnight. Don’t ever sign up there are tons of girls who can’t cancel their accounts and they just keep continuing to charge them for no services. They aren’t filling orders anymore either. I can’t see how this is legal. I’ve reported them to BBB the government fraud commission and had to report them to my credit card company because they keep charging my card even though they are closed. They also used to have an area where you can remove your account and they took it off their app entirely which is even clearer to me they are scamming people on purpose.

  • Fraud ***Recent reviews all show trouble***

    I signed up for Le Tote years ago and received clothing maybe twice in the beginning. I didn’t have an issue back then when I received clothing, but if you don’t want to continue, you have to either constantly go into your account and put it on “hold”, which you can only do two months at a time, or if you want to cancel, they make it VERY difficult. I’ve reached out to their very hard to reach “customer service” three times, of which you can only do via their chat, which actually just goes to email, and my account still isn’t canceled. They’ve told me I need to email the same email address I already have three times to cancel it. Also, if you forget to suspend your shipment before it ships by putting your account on hold, get charged, and cancel your shipment before they ship it, it’s VERY difficult to get your money back for product you’ve never even received. I’m extremely disappointed and flabbergasted they’re getting away with these tactics. I’ve now had to report them as fraud to my credit card company.
