Constantly locked out
Update: Months of trying to log on only to be locked out, payments still coming out of my account so I cancelled the service, all confirmed via email. Weeks go by and today I received an email as my payment had failed. A payment for a service I no longer have a subscription for…..and they are still trying to take money? Be very wary of this service, Watch your account closely and check for double payments.
