Great classes but freezes constantly
I love the classes on this app, but it can get extremely frustrating when the video freezes every few minutes for up to 30 seconds. Really interrupts the flow and I often can’t get to the end because it’s too annoying.

Have done 3 classes on the new app and consistently having the app pause throughout the class for upwards of 10 seconds before starting again. Not an issue I encountered on old app and not anything to do with my internet as have plan with plenty of bandwidth.
Freezes throughout workouts
The teachers are great but the app developers need to work on the freezing. It is consistent where a 17 minute workout took over 25 minutes because of it. I didn’t have this issue with the old version of the app so it’s very frustrating and should be something bug triage picked up.
Brilliant replacement
This app has far exceeded its predecessor. Playing the sessions directly from my Apple TV is seamless and easy. Plus having the challenges all there and ready to follow eliminates the need to have timetables stuck to my wall! I can follow the first 30 days session by session making starting reformer Pilates so simple. Behind the app and the excellent sessions is a team with top notch customer service. if you're lucky enough to have a Pilates reformer then this app is a must (and if you don't have one, contact the Your Reformer team asap lol!)
