Short comings overshadow potential

I really wanted to like this but the streak tracker doesn’t work. They say gain a 30 day streak and unlock your charts. I’ve been using it for 14 days and it only shows an 8 day streak. There is also lag in the app. I emailed support to report the bug but never heard back. On the positive side, this app had a lot of potential. I really liked the minimalist feel to and how streamlined everything was. But the lag and functions of the app not working at all dampen that.

Lots of Potential

I see a lot of potential in this app. Very streamlined and has a minimalist feel. A few notes: since the last update the streak counter has stalled- makes trying to hit that 30 day streak harder lol. (Update: it started working again but I did lose a full day). I’d really like in the search function for my previous entries to pop up first. I primarily stick to the same stuff and wouldn’t mind not having to scroll down three or four pages to find them. Also the manual exercise button, I have had to push it multiple times for it to register lately. Otherwise a great app. Thanks for making it!

Amazing- everything I wanted and needed!

Absolutely perfect app. Everything I need and nothing I don’t. However, the barcode scanner has not worked at all for me. Never worked once- could definitely be a “me” problem or a random glitch that only effects me but inoperable nonetheless. Everything else is so great about the app that I don’t even care. It’s been very helpful and I’m grateful for it.

Regarding the barcodescanner, we've identified that on certain devices, the barcode needs to be exceptionally close to the camera to function properly. We've adressed this issue in our latest update. Although it may not be immediately available, you can expect to receive the update within the next 24 hours.

Great app but for one thing

This app is perfect! I can add my own meals and foods I eat often to make it quicker and easier to track my intake. I love that you can set your macros and track your intake against those goals. My only (small) issue is that if a food has been captured incorrectly which can happen quite easily with a mistype of a decimal point, I can’t figure out if there’s a way to change the details of that product so that when I scan the barcode, I get the correct values.

Thank you so much for your positive review! We're glad you appreciate the ability to set your macros and track your intake against those goals. Regarding your concern about correcting inaccuracies when scanning barcodes, we're currently working on implementing a feature that will allow users to "report" food that have the incorrect values. This way, we'll be able to correct or remove information if a mistake occurs.

Great but one wish

I wish I could export the food diary for my medical professionals.
