The CutRite mobile app is all about helping hunters learn how to make the most of the meant from the animals they take in the field. To do so, the Got Game Technologies team has partnered with Mike Edgehouse of Credo Outdoors, an anatomy and physiology instructor and avid hunter, to walk hunters through the different methods of processing wild game in the field, identifying muscle groups and meat cuts on the butcher block, and preparing delicious meals for themselves and their loved ones.
The app is broken down into four different sections.
1. On the homepage, you can keep up with the latest news from the CutRite and Got Game Technologies team, and also quickly access your favorite videos and recipes.
2. In the processing section, app users can review videos and written tips teaching hunters the different field dressing and processing methods. The initial launch of the app currently features the gutless quartering method for both deer and elk, and will be updated in the future to include gutting and deboning methods, as well as many, many other game animals. These sections feature how-to videos and written tips to guide hunters through each step.
3. The butchering section includes custom-designed meat maps to help hunters identify cuts of meat, as well as videos and written tips demonstrating how each cut of meat is to be removed. Currently the app includes butchering instruction for deer and elk. Many more game animals will be added to this section in the future.
4. The recipe section is loaded with dozens of delicious recipes with full ingredient lists and detailed how-to instructions. The recipe section will be continually updated going forward.
The app also features the ability to download videos for offline use.
Certain content will be available for free, including the meat maps and certain recipes. The rest of the CutRite app content is available for a modest annual subscription, including the video download feature.
This app truly is the most comprehensive and thought-out app designed by Got Game Technologies to date, and we hope that you will find it enlightening and helpful as you do your best to honor each game animal you take in your hunting pursuits.

What's New in CutRite
1.1
February 16, 2024
Completely New Search Function. Dives deep in to the content to search for exact words and phrases to find exactly what you need.
New "Focus" video for some Field videos. Condensed to get to the "Meat" of the training.
I am a western big game hunter and don’t like taking my meat to butchers. While I love supporting local businesses, my family and I prefer to process our own meat. I don’t have all the knowledge of the various cuts are or how to break down an animal in the field and this app is exactly what I needed. I love that it breaks down all the individual cuts so I can ID them. This app is already giving me a ton more confidence and I can’t wait to use it in the field this year. The wild game recipes are money.
