Weird issues, nothing mission-critical
From what I’ve been able to see, the menu doesn’t fully align between app and store. For example you can’t just order a Stromboli, you have to order a combo or the whole log. I know there might be small differences between locations but there’s no reason you can order a single item in store but online you have to get the combo.
And Apple Pay fails every single time. No alerts to my bank where the card was declined. I can go into the store and use Apple Pay with the same card with no issue but it fails on the app.

Intentionally misleading rewards system.
Says “sign up to redeem a $5 coupon” then when you sign up it informs you that you will need to have earned points to be able to use the coupon. Just feels very underhanded. :/Ozshwhalt
I deleted the app
I was not able to login to the app. I kept getting an error message saying that action was not valid. Whatever that means. First I tried to change my password by saying forgot password. Still got the same error message. So I just deleted the app.WMV1012

Email is associated
Every email I use to try to create an account says email in use. When I try to log in with email address, it says no account found! How the heck do you create an account then!I need to post review
App is Pointless
There is NO QR code or place to scan receipts ANYWHERE on the app. I stop by the local mall to get sbarro for lunch during work week at least once a week, and I was surprised to see they have an app now. Well, it’s for in app todo pickup purchases only. Which would be fine, but there’s no option for a medium drink (only large). No way to scan during in person checkout. What’s the deal SBARRO?!?
