Nice automated lock

Easy to lock and unlock, almost always when you walk up to it with your watch or phone it will pair and allow you to unlock. Seems extremely secure. Also, the jointed construction allows you to have great freedom and how and where to lock your bike.

Could only request it perhaps they add a small, solar panel, so that it could recharge itself and never need to be plugged into the wall

Can’t scan code

The app asks you to scan the code on the card. It is a 6 digit number, not a QR code. The app cannot scan the numeric code, thus I am unable to add my bicycle lock to the app. This takes away a HUGE amount of functionality that I can’t access.

The best app

So far this is better app, the previous version I mean the old app was more complicated, thanks Abus.

This is a smart product, so it is bound to rely on some user smarts too ;)

I wasn’t too sure before starting to use it but the process is painless and too quick if anything.

If you have an expensive bike and lock it in public places, a strong lock with a deterrent is a great idea. This makes it hard for those with bad intensions and makes it super easy for yourself with the locking/unlocking.

I do wish I could customise the noise level and other such features on the app though.

Rubbish

That’s poorly app and not good. I try code scam but not working and try back swap other new another lock code again then not working same time. I decide back lock to shop. I never have it again.
