Access2Care is a scam
As a 100% service connected Retired US Marine I do not recommend this app. I was told by Ashley C. And Brooklyn (who are both team leads ) that the company is a scam and they have not been paid by the parent company MTM in 2 months. Specific to the app, the company disregards when you mark yourself ready for pickup. I was left stranded today at a hospital an hour away from home. It cost be $120 to take a Lyft back home.

Seems ok, a bit unclear how to compete form
Asks obtuse questions like โrelationshipโ. The person who is going is herself, but โselfโ is not an option. It also asks for transport options: car/sedan, mileage reimbursement, etc. it was initially unclear what theyโre looking for here, but I guess you can use the app to reimburse yourself for mileage.

I love using this app, it is so easy for me to schedule my rides instead of calling and waiting on line. Just absolutely love this app.

Easy
The app is very convenient. Because over the phone, if you call for service you have to wait for the call to go through to the transportation service that can add up to about a 15 minute wait on the phone.

Great but could be better
I really like the app. Only a couple things I wish were different. I wish that addresses that you regularly use were somehow saved better like a contact list. I wish that the distance in miles was shown. I wish there was a way to show which trips had been paid for gas reimbursement.I wish you could schedule trips further out preventing you from forgetting to schedule. I wish there was a way to contact support agents by chat msg. I wish there was a better way to amend your trips, especially same day or next day. A calendar style view of trips scheduled would be nice as well.

A 1000% improvement over the previous app
This is app is pretty straightforward. One change I wish they would make is a separate button for saved locations. Most people using this app will likely have several locations they need to enter. There is no good reason for a three step process: Profile> Settings> Saved locations. Moving it to the menu page would make better sense than where it is now, but the best option would be additional, separate button along side the profile button.
Another change I REALLY wish they would make is a tip option for the driver on the first leg of a round-trip. I always have two separate drivers, but I canโt tip the driver who gets me there who gets me there unless I have cash, which I seldom carry. I can tip the driver who gets me home using my Venmo, or debit card. Iโm not saying that I want to tip two drivers, but I certainly will if each driver sure does a good job.
