Mileage Reimbursement
Not available on here, but we are referred to use this app for scheduling. Should be able to choose if it’s for mileage reimbursement or for a ride pick up and given a confirmation number.

Buggy, support has 0 clue what they are doing
I can’t even schedule rides, for whatever reason they aren’t showing up on their end. So every time I need a ride I have to call my insurance and have them take care of this. It’s a freaking nightmare.
Gas reimbursement
Been waiting for a month for my gas reimbursement and have yet to receive payment and when you try to call they always take your number and never call you back I got to the doctor everyday and it’s costing a lot for gas.. they are very poorly organized
BAD
Would NEVER use them again. Had me late to my child appointment and then took them over an hour after I called for pickup to get us. After having to call Medicaid for them to call to see where my ride is because they didn’t answer my calls after calling 5 times at least

Keep getting error when trying to schedule!
I downloaded this app to start using transportation services through my insurance. Initially, everything was great. I was able to schedule out recurring rides for the next upcoming weeks ahead of time. However, once I realized I needed to edit my time of pick up for some of the previously scheduled arrangements is when I started having issues! I was unable to edit and ended up rescheduling, eventually having to call in because dates were double booked. I had to cancel a few, but then the next problem I noticed was the arrangements set over the phone were not showing up, making me concerned they were not scheduled at all. Lastly, I tried multiple times scheduling new appointments and could not do so anymore due to an error. I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times, to no avail, the issue is not resolved. This is very frustrating, as I don’t want to call in all the time! I hope whatever the issue is can be fixed.
