Poor
Driver showed up two hours before appointment, claimed to have called both numbers and left making me wait 5 additional hours til new ride showed up. Talked to one supervisor finally after hours on the phone, told me it would be less than an hour and then supervisor stopped picking up when I called multiple times an hour later.

Rider friendly to the physically disabled!
I am physically disabled and use a walker that has 4 wheels, hand brakes, a seat, and folds enough to fit in a vehicles trunk. 97 to 98% of the drivers have been very courteous and respectful. They even put my walker in the trunk for me and when we arrive back home they get my walker and any bags I have they remove from the trunk. I have been very happy and thankful for having this service on my health plan and the quality of the drivers and vehicles.

Handy with Little Issue
Great app overall. It is convenient and almost simple. Sometimes there is delays logging into the app. Other times if a appointment needs to be change and it was just scheduled, you might have to wait a bit before calling in the change. Use the app, it is quite easy and convenient to use.

Does not always provide proper vehicle
I need a vehicle with a wheelchair lift. Access2Care does not always provide the correct service because they send a vehicle with a ramp. Iβm 90 years old and have great difficulty backing my wheelchair down a ramp with no ability to see where I am going. Several times, I have almost backed off the side of the ramp. Itβs very dangerous. I put a note saying I require a lift equipped vehicle. Walt
