Does not always provide proper vehicle

I need a vehicle with a wheelchair lift. Access2Care does not always provide the correct service because they send a vehicle with a ramp. I’m 90 years old and have great difficulty backing my wheelchair down a ramp with no ability to see where I am going. Several times, I have almost backed off the side of the ramp. It’s very dangerous.
I put a note saying I require a lift equipped vehicle.

A True Blessing!

I would never make it to my doctors office without Access2Care availability! They are a godsend!

1st EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE

I wasted two hours of my precious time on the phone holding for someone to help me…. I’ve been with Humana for years, and I finally decided to give Atena a chance and apparently Access 2 Care is the transportation provider, in which I had an absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE….

Complaint

The reason why I am writing this review because I want everyone to know what my experience has been with this company. I recently had put a case on a guy that had me and my son and husband in danger as he was taken us to the appointment I requested to Access 2 Care about the situation, and my son recently had his appointment. They gave me the same guy he was sitting in the car with a hat on trying to hide his identity at I just told them not to give me him because I had fell endangered and I recently had put a case on him if you guys are requesting access to care about a situation or a person that you ride with I advise you to take it up with Corporate or call the local police because I told him my issues and put two cases on this guy and they not only did not fire him but they took up for him and let him get away with it and still gave me the same person to ride. I know he's not the only person that rise in that company and nor is the only one that rides for that I live in I put two cases on this guy because not only did he almost had me late for my appointment, but he was speeding in the car with my son without making sure that he was locked in. He didn't open the door for me. He sat in the passenger seat because I wasn't feeling good and I felt like I was about to pass out instead of him getting out being a gentleman helping me he watched me struggle, while my husband was trying to ask him how the open the door he just told us to open it. He was very rude listening to music very loud. and when I called them and told them what happened they told me that they were going to take care of it and gave me 6 to 7 letter stating that the drivers was right and I was wrong. They didn't give him no type of consequences and they took up for the driver recently, my son had his appointment I looked and he was the same guy

Wishing it was 24 round trips

I enjoy using this app with scheduling rides and have been using this for a while now.
But after looking back over my plan it says 24 one way trips and I thought it said 24 round trips. I’m glad I looked back over my plan booklet.
So now the trip I scheduled I will now cancel it. I’ll have to find another alternative way to go.
