Then before I can hit cancel that I donโt need a ride today, they show up. I did not need a ride until next Tuesday. Today is Thursday. I even double check everything before I hit the schedule button.
The app used to work for me until now.
And when I call the app support, they are absolutely useless.

It was all going well untilโฆ
When I open up the app to request a return ride, I get a notice that my ride has been canceled and to call the number stated. I called the number and Iโm transferred once or twice before someone manually puts the ride back into the system.
I use this app on behalf of my daughter, who is disabled as I am her parent and guardian. This has happened about four times in the last few weeks and now I never know if itโs going to do it again when I open up the app to request a return ride home for her. She gets anxious if sheโs left for longer than she expects to be. I am often on hold for so long that I give up and I pick her up myself which is about a 40 minute drive. No one on the other end of the line has any answer for me as to why this is happening.
