1st version was better
The original service snap was better. This version is a much slower process and completely out of touch with how technicians work. Almost everything about this is worse than the original. Go back to the drawing board . Would not recommend anyone who is in the automotive business looking to get more production or efficiency to use this.Show lessFlatRateTech5

Way to take something “update” it and make it worse. The first service snap was more streamlined and user friendly. This new one is trash! You have to search for your tickets, no tag numbers, you can’t see your picture right after taking it. Way more work than the original. This is a classic example of people making something without any input from the people who will actually be using it. I would give it negative stars if I could. Please fix this!Show lessDannyboltz

Wrong app description
Minimum requirement is not iOS 12. Tried this app on iOS 14, 15, 16. None worked. Updated phone to iOS 17, app worked right away.Kevinhungg
Too slow and not user friendly.
Issues
- have to search each vehicle individually
- rotating my phone for each photo/video
- uploading a single photo or video manually before being able to take another
This is too slow of a process for technicians and should be reverted to the original ServiceSnap application.Gdanino

The photos and videos upload quickly, and they go right into Ignite. They don’t save onto my phone, and it makes uploading media quick and easy.livelovecars
