Horrible customer service
Been having issues on and off the past three months since they installed my service.
Last week I’ve been having even slower speeds I contacted Zentro first Customer Service hung up and she couldn’t call me back. I had to call again. Wait on the phone again just for the manager to tell me after four hours of trying to troubleshoot over the phone that he’s gonna call me tomorrow tomorrow there was a week ago. He never contacted me back. No one has contacted me from the company. I still have trouble with my Internet connection, I would not this company to anyone .

Best internet some how keeps getting better!!
I’ve been a happy customer of Zentro for almost 4 years- they are the best internet provider I’ve ever had. On top of this was able to download this app and get great insight into my network AND the customer support team was able to configure some settings without me fiddling with anything.
