Please fix it by December.
The app was really buggy when we visited PAX Unplugged last year. Please give it a serious update before the next PAX U convention. Multiple attempts to enter tournaments just to have the app crash. Really frustrating. Please hire someone to correct these issues. This convention must make a ton of money. I’m sure it’s within your budget and will help bring people year after year. Extremely frustrating, not functional
Good for setting up a schedule of what you’d like to see (once you spend some time to figure out the ux). But, registration stalled or crashed every morning. Events were filled in seconds by whomever, somehow, got access (bots?). First time at event, we were very sad to miss everything but the expo. And, we really tried. (Inability to register for anything resulted in lines of frustrated, tired, people… long grueling lines far worse than I have ever seen)Show lessMidian1990
