  • Exceeded my expectations

I honestly highly recommend this app to anyone looking to assess and improve their daily lives. I thought that I knew my body properly but this app showed me otherwise. It gave me insight that I needed and allowed me to adjust the my lifestyle decisions accordingly.

    Big recommendation!
  • Simply does not work

I can not get it to go past the analysis of data screen. The button to continue does not work so there is no way to try this app out. Shame looks interesting.

Aloha! So sorry your Energy Tracking journey hit a snag! That analytics deep dive can take 15 seconds in some cases... Anyway, if you're still hanging in there waiting and that bump in the road is still holding you up, get in touch at energylevel.app. 🚀
  • Random data

Data and reports seems random with no real correlation with my daily activity, or how I’m feeling.
  • Started crashing about a month ago

I don’t know what changed, but the phone app started crashing about a month ago. It started with crashing every once and awhile or take really long to load. Now, it won’t even open. The watch still shows my in the moment score, so it’s not completely useless. But without the phone app tracking trends is impossible and thus makes the intended use for pacing very difficult. Please fix the crashing!!

Hey Ceemeekay! Sorry your Energy Tracking journey hit a snag. Just to let you know that in version 2.6 out now, I've put the app through workout and slimmed it down, so you might find performance is back to where it should be. Rock on!
  • I’m using this for my ME/CFS

I have Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) and use this to help with my pacing. A friend with ME/CFS told me how much using her Garmin Body Battery has helped her to pace her limited energy and so I looked for an equivalent app for my Apple Watch. I only just started using this so I really didn’t know how many stars to give. I’m giving it 5 stars in good faith. But I think it will be helpful. Last night before bed my level was 2 and this morning it was 4. That seems about right. I couldn’t find anywhere whether I need to wear it at night. I don’t like wearing my my watch at night so I hope it is still accurate. I think this app will be very helpful once I get better acquainted with it. Thank you developers!
  • Good but.

The app does as advertised. The problem I see is that it’s an average energy reading of the past 72 hours. I wanted to try and reach out to the developer, but I can’t. So this is my way of doing so!

Everyone is in search of a replacement for the Garmin “body battery” widget. This could easily be that replacement, except we need a real time energy level reading. I wake up in the morning and my score is a 3 or 4. Then it goes up to a 6 or 7. This app can easily measure stress, HRV, sleep score, recovery rating etc. This could all factor in to todays energy reading. If you can make this happen, you’d fill a market that is untapped by Apple.

Hello, you can always reach me at the support site shown in the settings page. That’s the gear icon top left. The level shown is the latest energy level, not an average. The trend is also shown by the gray line. Feel free to reach out.
  • Game changer for workaholics

Energy level has been a total game changer for me. I work a high pressure job and I have struggled to balance work and personal life to make sure I’m not burning out.

The most useful thing here is that 72 hour, 7 day, and month trend that shows at a glance how “things are going.” Heavy work weeks combined with a lot of errands are now a no go: it’s either one of the other. So I can say I’ve been able to detect and confirm times when a rebalancing was in order. Taking me time at the beach or with the dog is now so much more important since I can see the direct benefits of my actions.

I also noticed that even a little “drinking” can lead to poor recovery. It’s hard to quantify that stuff without an app like energy level.

I definitely feel much better. It’s a little like a personal health assistant. It’s also free at least for the time being, but if it ever turns into a paid app, I’ll pony up. I can see the subscription is there already which gives you a special badge. Not necessary at all, but it’s there.

The watch widget is spectacular. It updates automatically and so a quick glance is all you need. Much respect and appreciation for this app. Thank you!
  • Great App for Daily Adjustments

I am absolutely in love with Energy Level! As someone who loves to stay active and be on the go, I've always struggled with feeling like I'm running on empty by the end of the day. But since I started using Energy Level, I've been able to track my energy levels using my Apple Watch and make informed decisions about my routine.
One of my favorite features of the app is how it allows me to see how my energy levels fluctuate throughout the day. I used to reach for an extra cup of coffee every time I hit a mid-afternoon slump, but now I can see that my energy naturally dips around that time and adjust my activities accordingly. Whether it's taking a quick walk outside or doing a quick meditation session, I've been able to make small adjustments to my routine that have made a big difference in my productivity and overall well-being.
The app itself is super easy to use and the personalized recommendations are spot-on. I also love the content available on the Energy Level website, which has been both informative and engaging. Overall, I would highly recommend Energy Level to anyone looking to optimize their energy levels and feel their best. It's been a game-changer for me, and I'm so grateful for the impact it's had on my daily routine. Five stars all around!
