Apple watch issues
Response from developer
Hello mikhail! You do have your score on the Apple Watch app and you have a score widget for Apple Watch. For all users, pro and non pro! Please get in touch if you’re having trouble getting that to work!
Exceeded my expectations
Big recommendation!
Simply does not work

Hey Ceemeekay! Sorry your Energy Tracking journey hit a snag. Just to let you know that in version 2.6 out now, I've put the app through workout and slimmed it down, so you might find performance is back to where it should be. Rock on!
I’m using this for my ME/CFS
Good app
Good but.
Everyone is in search of a replacement for the Garmin “body battery” widget. This could easily be that replacement, except we need a real time energy level reading. I wake up in the morning and my score is a 3 or 4. Then it goes up to a 6 or 7. This app can easily measure stress, HRV, sleep score, recovery rating etc. This could all factor in to todays energy reading. If you can make this happen, you’d fill a market that is untapped by Apple.

Hello, you can always reach me at the support site shown in the settings page. That’s the gear icon top left. The level shown is the latest energy level, not an average. The trend is also shown by the gray line. Feel free to reach out.
Game changer for workaholics
The most useful thing here is that 72 hour, 7 day, and month trend that shows at a glance how “things are going.” Heavy work weeks combined with a lot of errands are now a no go: it’s either one of the other. So I can say I’ve been able to detect and confirm times when a rebalancing was in order. Taking me time at the beach or with the dog is now so much more important since I can see the direct benefits of my actions.
I also noticed that even a little “drinking” can lead to poor recovery. It’s hard to quantify that stuff without an app like energy level.
I definitely feel much better. It’s a little like a personal health assistant. It’s also free at least for the time being, but if it ever turns into a paid app, I’ll pony up. I can see the subscription is there already which gives you a special badge. Not necessary at all, but it’s there.
The watch widget is spectacular. It updates automatically and so a quick glance is all you need. Much respect and appreciation for this app. Thank you!
Great App for Daily Adjustments
One of my favorite features of the app is how it allows me to see how my energy levels fluctuate throughout the day. I used to reach for an extra cup of coffee every time I hit a mid-afternoon slump, but now I can see that my energy naturally dips around that time and adjust my activities accordingly. Whether it's taking a quick walk outside or doing a quick meditation session, I've been able to make small adjustments to my routine that have made a big difference in my productivity and overall well-being.
The app itself is super easy to use and the personalized recommendations are spot-on. I also love the content available on the Energy Level website, which has been both informative and engaging. Overall, I would highly recommend Energy Level to anyone looking to optimize their energy levels and feel their best. It's been a game-changer for me, and I'm so grateful for the impact it's had on my daily routine. Five stars all around!
