Horrible app
As others have stated this app is horrible, Bluetooth key almost never works and two trees refuses to do a simple update and enable the nfc key which their turnstiles supportjaylay23
Crashing on iOS 17
Since I upgraded to iOS 17, this app keeps crashing. I deleted several times and reinstalled it. However, as soon as I login to it, it will crash. I restarted my phone and it still crashes.
Now I have to bring two phones every time I go to the office so I can get in to the building. One phone has iOS 16 which has the two trees app and my day to day phone. This very annoying.Show lessGilSerrano
Kastle has a really tough user experience
Sorry to give 1* because I generally like buildings with mobile access and 5* for the initiative but the Kastle performance is really not there - I hold my phone to the reader, nothing happens. I have to open the app and then hold it to the reader and sometimes that works (50%), then in 25% I need to wait 10 seconds and it starts working and 25% killing the app helps. Hope Kastle was cheap and the price is locked in for 10 years.Show less_____Berny_____
Shameful
Horrible absolutely horrible two trees is shameful the only purpose of this app is for the real estate company two trees to harvest our data. They already presumably make lots of money as landlords but I guess they felt the need to steal and monetize our cellphone data as well in the name of “security”. The only purpose of this app is predatory data gathering
This app serves no other purpose than to give away your personal data to Two Trees for their own benefit. They argue that this is for security purposes but an anonymous key fob system would work just as well without employees surrendering their personal phone data only because their employer rents a space in a Two Trees building. The only alternative they offer is a 100$ key card that the employees have to pay for, I think employees should be able to opt out entirely if they don’t want to participate in this predatory data gathering operation.Show lessNo data harvesting!
New App
So far the new app seems like a great improvement for the building! The digital access will be super helpful for employees and guests while also making the building more secure. I look forward to seeing what else it has to offer!SHRobin555
