Bad customer service!!
Hello, I have been constantly emailing your team regarding a 1 week old transaction that I did not approve! I cancelled the yearly subscription before the due date and still got charged which is completely unacceptable. I’ve been requesting for this refund for so long. apple for some reason cannot help me so you guys are my only hope as this was not meant to happen at all.
Please if you can read my message from here and my emails then we can discuss further into this matter.
I never wanted to write a bad review on this as I thought the refund process would be smooth and quick.

Best combination functionality
Probably one of the best and quickest editing apps I've seen. It offers a mixture of full scale functionality and an elegant combination of photo editing fundamentals.- O.B. -
