The routine

I like the format of everything, but I donโ€™t like how you canโ€™t choose what you want to train for such as a strength focused to where you do less reps of sets, or like a hypertrophy type workout, or just to lose weight with some of the more basic apps. If you came up with different purposes for the workouts and it just upper or lower than I feel like it would be complete cause it is simple and easy to track.

This is great feedback. I agree in the future for program generation there needs to more focus on the type of training people want to do. Right now the generated routines are focused on hypertrophy based goals / routines.

Great App for a Beta

This app is already great for anyone just starting or a gym rat. Keeps track of everything you need for every exercise. You can keep track of the weight, reps, sets, and the history of your journey. Youโ€™re able to separate them by body part or any way you want. Doesnโ€™t have every exercise in the book but definitely a large selection. If it doesnโ€™t have the exercise you want, simply create your own using their option for it. Once this app improves, itโ€™ll definitely be one of the best at what it does.

The best fitness app on the Appstore

This app has to be the best app to use due to the simplicity of it. think about it. youโ€™re walking out of the gym and feel like you had a horrible workout, and you check this app and see that youโ€™ve benched a car 3 times and youโ€™ve pulled over 600 ibs total throughout all sets. on top of all that it gives you the most optimal workouts for muscle gain. iโ€™ve been using this app for a couple weeks now and iโ€™ve noticed that iโ€™ve worked WAY harder in the gym than before. 5/5
