Better than a coach
I used to pay $150 for a coach but with this app I get everything I did from a coach and more.Not letting me use my free trail
I recently purchased the app and it is constantly saying “Please wait. This may take a moment” and will not let me into the app. It’s been going on for about 4 days now and it’s very frustrating because I have every intention to pay for the monthly fee, but after these issues I’m not to sure of that now. I feel like the buffer that I’m getting is making me lean more towards deleting this app since it’s giving me so many issues. Please assist me so I can try out your app and see if it’s worth it, thanks.

Hi, we're sorry you are having a problem. We believe the issue you are experiencing is related to our recent update. We have submitted a new app version to the App Store for review which should fix the problem (We tested it fully, and the Please Wait message disappears for us after a few seconds). Please download this new version (Version 5.3) once it is available. It typically takes 1-3 days for new versions appear in the App Store. We look forward to you trying the app and updating your rating.Can’t get to my workouts!
When I am in the app and hit “Start Workout” it takes me to the prompt to pay for my monthly subscription. Once I pay the $4.99 for the month it pops up with a spinning wheel that says “Please wait. This may take a moment” that just spins forever, making me unable to view the days workout. Please help so I can see the lifts I paid for!Show lessDeveloper Response
Hi, sorry you have that problem. It may be an unexpected bug related to verifying your subscription entitlement. Try hard closing the app and restarting it. Also, be sure you have internet connection. If the paywall screen appears then you wouldn’t have been charged on your initial purchase attempt. But you can also try Restoring Purchases also if the issue persists. Meanwhile, we’ll look into the code and release an update with a fix if available.
