The app is free to use. You can use almost all the features without any limitations

Horrible app

I purchased this app and it is horrible! I scanned one of my plants and it came back and said it was either getting too much water or not enough. I anticipated the app to tell me what to do to make my plants healthier not guess what’s going on! When trying to contact the company for a refund I was not able to submit my comments, it keeps giving me an error, go figure! I do not recommend this app!

I trialed this app and didn’t find it very useful, there was reminder alert to let me know when the free trial was up, I didn’t get it. $19.99 a week for this app is just ridiculous. Total scam

Not as good as it looks. Payment not disclosed.

Thought it was a free app and was then initially charged $4.99 which I didn’t find out about until I looked at bank statement. I deleted the app because I don’t want to pay to have this app. What is your email address to receive refund?

In-App Purchases?

This is the utmost of false advertising. You can download the app for free. This doesn’t mean you can use it. The ad interested me with the plant doctor feature, this requires purchase. You can take pictures of your plants and the app will identify them for free and give you the same care info that was on the tag when you bought it. That’s all you get. Miss this one, it only takes up space on your phone. Virtual paperweight

The app is free to use. All the main functionality is free and available without any payments. The extended functionality which requires extra effort in development and support is provided with a voluntary trial period. And you can always try the functionality for free and only after that - decide wether you need it or not. So the payment is really voluntary. Very intelligent app has all the information about plants also what the plants need ex how much water, light or the plant should be moved to another place. Love it

I LOVE LOVE THIS APP…!

This is the best app for new gardeners, tree huggers and even the pros..! It seems to always be on point with the search if you don’t know what something is ..! I just walk around and if I see something that I like and don’t know what it is I just point my PLANTATION CAMERA AND SHOOT, and then I get the right answer 100% of the time..!
