Disappointed
Ordered a custom mug in January of 2023. When ordering it, they made it clear it would take 4 months to make because they are hand made mugs. It has now been 16 months and I can’t get any reply’s from customer service. I’ve tried the messaging system and have sent several emails. I received one reply over a year ago. For a company that says they “lose sleep at night if they have one unhappy customer”, they seem pretty ok with taking money and not fulfilling orders.

Never arrived
I ordered a T-shirt last September and it never arrived, I contacted customer support twice and just received an automated email about how they were backed up and would respond when they could, they never have. All there stuff looks awesome and I really wish I would be able to do business with them. However up till now I have not been able to get my clothes or money back.

Ordered two packages after Christmas around the 30th and with it being April now I have still been waiting to receive my package this is rediculous for a company whom I really like as a conservative American please do better also this second package had never come in tbh

I ordered a bunch of shirts from 1776 United 9 months ago, they have never been delivered. I’ve order from this company many times over the years, they were always great. Now they take my money, don’t deliver their product, and ghost me on the customer service side. Legally that’s called fraud.

Love the company and the website hated the app but this new app is fire hopefully the new app will accept the discount codes and gift cards.

Love this company!! It’s great to see companies like 1776 United showing that there are still companies that love this country out there. I’ve had great experiences with this company. Even though I had to cancel 2 orders they were still good to me. I appreciate you guys and sorry for canceling orders but I ended up buying what I canceled. I also ordered more on you before Black Friday, Black Friday sale!! Lol thank you and keep being Patriots!!!!! Huz-AH!!!

Great Products!
I love the 1776 United products (though disappointed with the limited supply of women’s clothing).
However, lately I have had a lot of frustrations with the app. There is no option for me to change/add a new credit card. This app and their website seems to be more difficult than it looks. I understand they are going through some changes within the company, but still...I’m pretty patient, but I have to admit I’m frustrated that this app and even their website are unable to process a simple function.

These are hands down the best shirts I’ve ever purchased. Great quality, soft, but durable. I’m always between sizes (M &L) but these are athletic for so more slim and the Large fits perfectly. And not to mention the killer designs and ideals they represent. Have ordered 8+ shirts from them!

So....I buy a shirt and it’s too small. So easy day, give it to my better half! Buy another shirt and some patches...she loves it!! Wait...how did my buying shirts for me(for her) happen? Very unique high quality products. They’ve built into the app in the product description the back story (history) of what the designs mean and what part of history they’re taken from.
Secondly, something I wish all retail apps would have and this one does have: large number button keyboard when typing in credit card or phone numbers. Such a no brainer!
