Disappointed
Ordered a custom mug in January of 2023. When ordering it, they made it clear it would take 4 months to make because they are hand made mugs. It has now been 16 months and I can’t get any reply’s from customer service. I’ve tried the messaging system and have sent several emails. I received one reply over a year ago. For a company that says they “lose sleep at night if they have one unhappy customer”, they seem pretty ok with taking money and not fulfilling orders.

Never arrived
I ordered a T-shirt last September and it never arrived, I contacted customer support twice and just received an automated email about how they were backed up and would respond when they could, they never have. All there stuff looks awesome and I really wish I would be able to do business with them. However up till now I have not been able to get my clothes or money back.

Still waiting for my package
Ordered two packages after Christmas around the 30th and with it being April now I have still been waiting to receive my package this is rediculous for a company whom I really like as a conservative American please do better also this second package had never come in tbh
