Order Tracking

I love TVP. Its mission is amazing, the shirts that I order are always high quality and arrive quickly. However, I really do wish they’d put the tracking number on their own app rather than me having to use Shop. For whatever reason, it does not work for me.

No history, order tracking is a mess

I love this company, I love what they do. But order shipping and tracking is a train wreck with this app. I have placed three orders in the last month with the app. My order history only shows my one order from five months ago. In order to track an order you have to download a different app that then wants access to all of your emails. But not a yahoo account. So if that’s your email, the third party app can’t help you. And even then, the tracking is tragically inaccurate and useless.
