15 июля 2025 года позвонил в справочную службу по номеру 399 399 уточнить наличие препарата. Приехал в указанную аптеку, где якобы препарат есть в наличии. Его там не оказалось, перезвонил в справочную, на мою претензию получил ответ «ну и что?». После этого девушка оператор просто бросила трубку, на повторные звонки уже не отвечала. На телефоне сидит непрофессиональная хабалка проехал впустую полгорода хотя именно чтобы избежать этого звонил в справочную.
