تم الطلب من خلال التطبيق ولم تصل جميع الكميات المطلوبه وتم تقديم الشكوى اكثر من اربع مرات من خلال الهاتف المجاني ولم يتواصل احد معي بخصوص الموضوع كذلك تم تقديم شكوى من خلال التطبيق

تجربة سيئة ، قمت بالشراء أول طلبية و لم تصل في موعدها و الى الآن اتقدم بالشكوى و تم سحب المبلغ من بطاقة الإتمان

I dont like it
App looks cheap, must pay by credit, order late for the delivery date , i mean too late, no tracking, no customer service, you will just pay and wait thats it.

No Accuracy, no tracking
I booked a delivery slot days ago, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, there is no tracker, customer service refers you to AD Municipality and asked you to call a mobile number which no one answers. Very bad experience!!
