If you receive the wrong or spoiled item, it takes a lot of effort to get a refund or replacement. The support process is slow and inconvenient, and instead of solving the issue quickly, they make the customer waste time. Carrefour support works much better in such cases.
On top of that, the app itself is very inconvenient - overloaded with unnecessary features and not user-friendly.
