الصراحة سيئين جدا، اول شي التطبيق مضروب يطلع صور غير الموقع وغير اللي مكتوب تحت القطعة، ثانيا خدمة العملاء سيئة ما تلحق ترد عليهم يقفلوا المحادثة، واحيانا ما يعطوك فرصة ترد، يقفلوا فورا بعد ما يجاوبوك..
Very bad experience!
I ordered t-shirt green color and they send me blue! Also the bag came dirty in lipstick! Also if you want to return it’s very long process and you can’t return to shop only online! And it’s not easy such a waste of time and money
Terrible!
Terrible app experience. Most of the items shown are out of stock, and the inventory does not match the actual availability. Every time I add items to my cart and try to check out, they suddenly become unavailable. Very frustrating!

كوالتي الشنطة الي وصلتني الصراحة ابد مب اوك وصلتني الشنطة جنه مستعملة و أنا دفعت كاش و ما يبون يردون بيزاتي كاش إلا يردون البيزات قسيمة شرائية من عندهم ما يستوي جذي عسب غصب اشتري من عندهم و ما في شي اشتريه من عندهم الحين يعني راحت عليه البيزات و اول شي قالولي بعد ان بيبدلون الشنطة و عقب يوم كلمتهم قالولي لا ما اعرف شو سالفة ها الابلكيشن و لين الحين ما ردوا بيزاتي

They are layer and they respaict they cancel my order by them self with let me know so poor on customer service and in same day I was call them to ask about my order and they said sorry for the delay will be in 2 days and they canceled
