Super Delayed order
It said 1 day delivery within dubai but it is the third day before it is shipped out and until now didn’t received it. Customer service who called me due to out of stock doesnt reply to me anymore. Im so disappointed for this.
Worst Buying Experience
Extremely disappointed with That. I ordered an item that was listed as ‘available’ only to find out it was out of stock after making the purchase. While they promised same-day delivery, but after days of waiting and no updates, I had to reach out to them myself and cancel my order and get the refund. I received no follow-up or explanation. This is not the kind of experience I expect from a luxury store, especially when stores like Level Shoes consistently provide top-notch service and reliable delivery.
