Super Delayed order
It said 1 day delivery within dubai but it is the third day before it is shipped out and until now didn’t received it. Customer service who called me due to out of stock doesnt reply to me anymore. Im so disappointed for this.
Worst Buying Experience
Extremely disappointed with That. I ordered an item that was listed as ‘available’ only to find out it was out of stock after making the purchase. While they promised same-day delivery, but after days of waiting and no updates, I had to reach out to them myself and cancel my order and get the refund. I received no follow-up or explanation. This is not the kind of experience I expect from a luxury store, especially when stores like Level Shoes consistently provide top-notch service and reliable delivery.

Tried to pay a few times but there is always an error message saying to contact the store to pay. Tried several times to update and download the app again but always ends up with the same payment error message. So annoying
Bad service for a high end brands
Very disappointed from the service received by the customer service, a return and refund that takes more than 2 weeks. And when you contact them for the 10000 times they confirm that it’s their mistake (call recorded) and they promise to process and complete my refund, until this moment my money is not received. I called the customer service this morning and the lady was saying it’s my bank that I have to check with although her colleague confirmed it’s That Concept Mistake!!! Compared to other luxury brand platforms your guys definitely need to step up the application you use and the service you provide otherwise you will lose many customers like you did with me! I will never recommend this app, because the most impost pasty of such apps is the service, speed and flexibility with customers, unfortunately I didn’t find any at your application!!! Very disappointed

This app doesn’t work properly. Tried to pay many times with different cards, it doesn’t work. Customer care phone number doesn’t work. Sent emails , guy Afzal replied that I should go to store in Mirdiff 😳😳😳. Surprised with the service.
