I’m happy
Very good service
Good app
The app is good and functionally is very useful. However, why are all default phone number country codes set to the US? Shouldn’t it be the UAE. Furthermore, it crashes often with iOS 26
One stop shop
Allows you to do everything you need to
Response from developer
Thanks so much! The whole team works hard to make the app great—glad it’s working well for you!

Terrible service
To Whom It May Concern,
The way access is being handled in this community — both through the MAF app and by the manager at Villa 10 — is completely unacceptable. What should be a basic process has been turned into a constant headache, and the level of control being imposed on residents is over the top.
The app is unreliable and poorly maintained. Half the time it doesn’t work, and when it does, requests are still rejected for ridiculous reasons. Denying entry to someone because their Eid doesn’t match the trade license is a perfect example. What if they’re a subcontractor? What if they have an NOC? This kind of inflexible thinking shows no understanding of how things actually operate in the real world.
This is my house. I pay rent here. It’s not up to community management to decide who I can allow in for legitimate work or deliveries. Treating residents like they need to beg for access to their own homes is outrageous.
On top of that, the attitude of the manager responsible is completely unprofessional. Residents are constantly met with arrogance and refusal to cooperate. She’s not there to block people — she’s there to support residents and ensure things run smoothly. Right now, the opposite is happening.
This issue has gone on for far too long and many residents are fed up. You are making people feel like they’re living in a compound with no control over their own homes. This isn’t just a complaint — this is a warning. If things don’t change immediately, residents will escalate this issue further.
I mainly speak in regards to that female lady who’s supposedly the manager
Fix the app. Fix the approval process. And fix the attitude.
Enough is enough.
