Amazing

It’s really amazing place we’re living

Come on Al Dar - THIS is your flagship app?

A shocking attempt to deliver a one stop shop. It works in spurts, often crashing when trying to log home support cases, doesn’t show booking options and you instead have people turning up on your doorstep (on those occasions when the case actually goes through). If you only spent your marketing budget for this app on making the actual app work better, people would be more thankful.

Horrible app

This app is the worst and I’m annoyed I have to use it now for property management.

How is this the interface for a multi million dirham property?

Aldar is now driving residents to use this clunky and unresponsive app now that the yas acres communities are fully handed over. Honestly, the app needs to have two complete separate functions- marketing the latest Aldar project, and a separate service oriented portal for current owners. If I have an extra million or two laying around, I can get yet another harassing call from a real estate agent. But if theres a strange strange noise at night, emanating from an unknown source, I have to submit video evidence and attempt to find the issue in a drop down that covers about ten issues.

This was clearly never beta tested by anyone, and frankly is nearly worthless if attempting to get actual service on your unit. Aldar, you have the money. Do better

Appalling design

This app has one of the worst user experiences ever created. It’s almost impossible to find anything useful.
