How is this the interface for a multi million dirham property?

Aldar is now driving residents to use this clunky and unresponsive app now that the yas acres communities are fully handed over. Honestly, the app needs to have two complete separate functions- marketing the latest Aldar project, and a separate service oriented portal for current owners. If I have an extra million or two laying around, I can get yet another harassing call from a real estate agent. But if theres a strange strange noise at night, emanating from an unknown source, I have to submit video evidence and attempt to find the issue in a drop down that covers about ten issues.

This was clearly never beta tested by anyone, and frankly is nearly worthless if attempting to get actual service on your unit. Aldar, you have the money. Do better

This app has one of the worst user experiences ever created. It’s almost impossible to find anything useful.
