Misleading and a total headache
I’ve had nothing but frustration with Darna Rewards by Aldar. Honestly, the program feels fake and almost like a scam.
They advertise that you’ll earn points automatically when you use your registered card — but in reality, you don’t. I’ve made multiple purchases at Yas Mall, and the points never reflected. Even when I used Apple Pay with my registered card, nothing came through.
Instead, every single time I shop, I have to waste time sending them an email with proof just to get the points I should have received automatically. To make it worse, the app doesn’t even give you an option to upload receipts yourself, so you’re stuck chasing their team manually.
The customer service is terrible. No proper support, no transparency, and no accountability. It’s a complete headache. They make it sound smooth and rewarding, but in reality, it’s broken and disappointing.
Honestly, the whole experience makes the program feel misleading, unreliable, and not worth the effort.
