Account doesn’t work

I already had an account online and the app says the account email doesn’t exist. Support said they could do nothing about it and to reset my browser history and try again. Past that nothing they could do.
Stick to the browser or app. But you can’t do both.

Okay, but redundant vehicle verification

I am unable to log in with my email and password. When I try to reset my password, it says an account with that email does not exist. My email and password work just fine on the mobile page and desktop version. Also, I’m tired of this app constantly asking about vehicle fitment even after selecting the vehicle from my garage when searching.

Thank you for this feedback. We are sorry about that log-in issue you encountered, and we have just released a new version of the app with a fix for this. If you're willing to - please give the app an update and try the password reset again. It should work now. Once you're logged in, it will save your vehicle, and you won't need to re-enter it all the time. Feel free to update your review and let us know how it works out! Again, sorry for that login issue!

Extremely Helpful

I was able to use the check engine light feature and understand what my p0430 code meant. Also have used their videos in the past that make fixing things so much easier.

We're so sorry that you didn't find it helpful. Did you select your vehicle with the button on the home page? We have over 23,000 auto repair videos in the app for thousands of different vehicles. Maybe you missed them by not selecting your specific year+make+model?

I have accounts with them for years, but can’t login with my credentials. Web is OK. Deleted.

Mixed feelings

Although I have found a few parts and the repair videos are really good, I can’t ever seem to find parts almost every single time. I do repairs on 4 of my personal vehicles as well as every person in my family. Parts seem to never be available 90% of the time. I am thinking about deleting this app since it really doesn’t benefit me to have it. I tried to support A1 but it seems to be a waste of time since I use A1 first when looking for videos and parts. Always end up somewhere else for parts. Maybe I’ll just keep it for repairs videos…..

The absolute best

I just stumbled across this app and it is the best!!! Combining two of the most trusted resources I’ve personally used from the net for DIY repairs (TRQ/Eric the Car Guy) makes this incredibly helpful in finding well done and informative videos for almost any repair needed. And the link to purchase the part from 1A Auto makes things even easier. Stroke of genius and wishing you much success as you continue to build on it.

Counter intuitive

App is terrible for anyone who actually knows what’s wrong with their car. Is built for a toddler rather than an adult with a tool set.
