Doesn’t work with older Smart Scales
1byone smart scales bought 2016 and originally supported using 1byone wellness. The original wellness app is no longer in the App Store and the replacement health app won’t pair with the scales (confirmed by 1byone support). This has turned the otherwise functional scales into e-waste. I won’t be buying another 1byone product.

Beware! Data GONE
I got a new phone and now this app does not work. All of my weight loss data is gone. No warning!! Just gone. I’m never buying anything from this company.

No longer works
I had the app for years. I got a new phone and when my data transferred this app ok longer works. I downloaded the new app and logged in but my profile does not exist all of my data is gone. The device now no longer is compatible with the app. Just wrong.

Now, the complete data set had been showing sporadically on the app previously, but then it stopped connecting and receiving data from the scale. New batteries in the scale and other adjustments did not restore the function of tge app. TIME FOR A NEW APP UPGRADE?

Lost 8 years of data
I’ve had this scale and used it daily. All of a sudden the old app that I used didn’t work and I couldn’t get access to the 8 years of data that I had on it. Very disappointed that there was no warning or way to transfer all that data

Recently had a new iPhone 17 I haven’t been able to use since.
It was working fine on my iPhone 14, but now just doesn’t connect with the Bluetooth. Still works on my wife’s android phone so I assume it is an app issue.

Does NOT work
I guess the original app is now gone - I didn’t even get a notification! I’m upset, I can’t even get into it now to access all my data and it was tracking my weight loss progress.
I installed this one, thinking I could just log in, but it says I don’t exist. When I try to create a profile, it says something about a network error.
So, - what? Now I have this expensive scale I bought that no longer connects and tracks progress as I can’t even log in to attempt to connect it. I’m very unhappy & I’ll never buy any more of your products.

Doesn’t connect!
Like another reviewer, I can’t connect this version of the app to my 1byone Bluetooth scale. With the older app it was fine, but that’s no longer available in the App Store and I’ve changed my phone. Please fix this! I really like the scale.

Ive used the original 1byone app for EIGHT YEARS! The app was removed from the app store and im forced to download this one. But WHERE IS MY EIGHT YEARS OF DATA?? I track my progress rigorously and now I cant access anything from the past?? What a poor transition. You could have easily transferred customers data to the new app (I do this for a living)

App not for BP Monitor?
I got a new phone and had to login and load the app and the new app does not seem to support blood pressure monitors only scales.

Doesn’t save weight automatically
App no longer updates weight automatically, probably because it hasn’t updated along with iOS. Have to open the app for it to log the weight

Thanks for ruining a perfectly good app! Now I can not connect to my scale! I hadn’t used it in a while. Forced me to update app since the old one is “no longer available in the App Store” even though it should be in my cloud…. Thanks Apple… But your new app won’t even connect! iPhone 15pro with
Cannot create account or log on
I use this app successfully for years and for a very long time now have not been able to either connect or create a new account. Get network error that is unable to be resolved. Very, very, very frustrating.
No longer connects to scales
Well that was a waste of money AND resources. The scales work perfectly but after a battery replacement, needed to set the scales to metric measurement. This app no longer connects to the scales to allow me to make the setting. I will vote with my feet (pun intended) and won’t buy this brand again
