Is the app still working?
I’ve had this app that links to their 1byOne smart scale for over 10 years. All of a sudden, the app isn’t working. I tried re-registering, and I get a notification “Network Unavailable”. Did they shut it down completely? I hope not because I’d lose over 10 years of my historical data. Anyone knows what’s going on?

All my data was deleted without warning
Woke up one day, and the app didn’t exist anymore. Apparently they created this new app without informing their customers of the transition and deletion. Lost 5 years of my data. Bummer!
Doesn’t work with older Smart Scales
1byone smart scales bought 2016 and originally supported using 1byone wellness. The original wellness app is no longer in the App Store and the replacement health app won’t pair with the scales (confirmed by 1byone support). This has turned the otherwise functional scales into e-waste. I won’t be buying another 1byone product.

Beware! Data GONE
I got a new phone and now this app does not work. All of my weight loss data is gone. No warning!! Just gone. I’m never buying anything from this company.
