Doesn’t work with older Smart Scales
1byone smart scales bought 2016 and originally supported using 1byone wellness. The original wellness app is no longer in the App Store and the replacement health app won’t pair with the scales (confirmed by 1byone support). This has turned the otherwise functional scales into e-waste. I won’t be buying another 1byone product.

Beware! Data GONE
I got a new phone and now this app does not work. All of my weight loss data is gone. No warning!! Just gone. I’m never buying anything from this company.

No longer works
I had the app for years. I got a new phone and when my data transferred this app ok longer works. I downloaded the new app and logged in but my profile does not exist all of my data is gone. The device now no longer is compatible with the app. Just wrong.
I was pleased with the performance of this app until last year. The bluetooth connection failed!
I was pleased with the performance of this app until last year. The bluetooth connection failed! Now, the complete data set had been showing sporadically on the app previously, but then it stopped connecting and receiving data from the scale. New batteries in the scale and other adjustments did not restore the function of tge app. TIME FOR A NEW APP UPGRADE?
