I have tried for several hours to connect the app with the monitor. No luck, I have tried everything that is in the manual and it will not connect to my Apple phone. Going to send it back

If you’re like me and got this off of amazon, use this app on the 2.4ghz Internet, create an account with this app, get the outdoor outlet synced up, open the Google Home App and manually add the company Smart Life. Log in with credentials.

Delete this app and you’re all set to control the outlet on 5ghz. No need for it anymore.
