Need a fix ASAP

The camera doesn’t open up for the iPhone 15 Pro Max, as soon as you try to take pictures for the inspection, the app crashes. I’ve literally tried everything under the sun to correct the issue. From adjusting default camera settings, uninstall-reinstall, typing the vin manually, selecting different starting points for the pictures. Nothing works. It opens the camera to scan the vin, that is absolutely it….

No help

I have never had so many problems with an app and on top of that you can’t get any help or support from anyone at all it takes forever to get help and the help doesn’t even fix the issues

Not terrible, not great

Worked fine on iphone11 but on the iphone13, the scanner screen is off center so far that I can’t turn the light on. Also doesn’t scan Mercedes for some reason. I spend a lot more time typing in VINs.

6 months later and the scanner screen is still not fixed. It’s actually gotten worse as far as scanning goes. There’s been a few updates but I haven’t seen any improvements. You would think the app was made by some guy in his garage.

Just the worst

I don’t have a single app on my phone that has ever crashed more than this app does. It’s one of the two apps I use to make money and it crashes more times than I could count.

Can’t scan vin

When trying to scan vin it won’t show the full screen to scan vin. Run the most up to date iOS on iPhone 13 anyone else have this problem have tried logging off resetting phone and nothing works

Works great I phone

No issues at all. Same as old app. The good thing is that it finds the cars with Manheim too wish it could update status on load etc like on the website.

What’s Missing!

The App is fine and working great but there are some key features that’s missing. The App was able to save previously inputted emails and that’s missing. For carriers that go back to the same dealers all the time that’s a key feature that’s welcoming. Also, background uploads. The app slows carriers such as myself down because after confirming and accepting signature the app load screen comes up and there’s nothing that could be done except wait. In trucking there’s no waiting, there’s efficiency or lack there of. Please bring back these features.

Not working - need to offer troubleshooting

Message received when try to start inspection: Unable to open the vin scanner.
Please offer troubleshooting. Currently app is useless

Theres still some things about the old layout that i miss but I appreciate that you are now able to update both pick up and delivery on one page.
