Incredible app
Super amazing app, easy to use, full of useful features and definitely the best in this field.
Lots of dry runs which = $0 pay to the drivers, and no fees to cover your expenses on dry runs.
They do not care if you show up to pick up orders that result in dry runs (zero pay to drivers). Even if you show it is not your fault. You waste an entire days worth of work and burn fuel/driving expenses/tolls/etc. with zero pay. It says this in the contract but I obviously expect them to do what’s right when the driver is not at fault, but they don’t care about the drivers. This happens way too frequently. I let several dry runs orders go to give them

Buggy by nature
The theory of runbuggy is excellent but the actual experience is far from what is promised. Communication is poor and tracking etc doesn’t work. Delivery also late- have to contact them repeatedly to get a response - if they respond at all. Poor experience.
