App sucks keeps freezing

Had issue with ca, tried telling me my insurance was cancelled which it was not and already paid a month in advance for renewal. Showed up today to pick up first car fo ca, someone else has already picked up the car. Won’t pay dry run. I tried calling yesterday and this morning. But now ca is saying I should have called them. Never had this issue with the other load boards before.

Freezes every time you start app. Freezing every time when trying to take picture. Overall I wouldn’t even give 1 star
